Leave Me Alone
Neurodivergent Workshop on Socialising and Belonging
Come join us for an eye-opening event where Rosie sheds light on relatable challenges and the learnt strategies for a woman's lived experience of Audhd. Audhd is Autism Spectrum Condition and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder combined.
During the workshop ‘Go and Play, Make Friends’, Rosie will share the many paths she has been down to find belonging, the positive and negative experiences. More importantly what she has learnt about herself and how she has found a healthy sense of belonging. She now feels safe to unmask and wants to share how she got there. This workshop will provoke thought on what belonging means to each of us and how that feels.
Rosie shares from a place of personal lived experienced, she also works with divergent young people giving her a unique perspective.
This will be an interactive and tactile workshop where attendees will be asked to participate and try suggested strategies for themselves. A vast range of equipment and methods will be showcased that the audience may or may have not seen before.
This in-person gathering will take place at The Beach Retreat, Beach Green, Shoreham. We aim to create a safe space for discussing and learning about lesser-known experiences caused by neuro-divergence.
This workshop is part of a four-part series, all workshops can be booked seperately;
